We have three different types in the garden.
A blousy yellow one that opens quickly and has loose bright petals.
The pink one that is slow to open but smells lovely
And a little white one that I always forget is a honeysuckle until it flowers.
When we walk the dogs in the evenings the hedges are filled with wild honeysuckle and under certain conditions the smell is incredible.
We pass a house with a different variety growing on an archway – this one has the best smell of all. I am tempted to take a cutting.
